Min Houe is a seasoned expert in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Vice President - Technical at CALC since November 2024. Previously held the position of Deputy Head of Technical at ST Engineering Aerospace Resources Pte. Ltd., where leadership of a cross-functional team resulted in enhanced aircraft maintenance efficiency and improved lease negotiations. With a strong background in technical operations, Min Houe has successfully implemented innovative technology solutions and standardized technical processes to drive performance and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Manager and Assistant Technical Manager, along with a foundation in aircraft maintenance as a Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautical studies from University Technology of Malaysia.
