Mark Mozilo

Mark Mozilo, CMB, is a co-founder of CALCAP Advisors, a real estate investment firm established in 2008 that focuses on acquiring and managing multifamily communities across the United States. With over 17 years of leadership experience, Mark has been instrumental in driving operational performance and maximizing investor returns through a disciplined and data-driven approach. Prior to CALCAP, Mark held significant positions at IndyMac Bank as Executive Vice President and Countrywide Financial as Regional Vice President. Mark's academic background includes studies in Psychology at Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego.
