Lene Godat

Lene Godat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lene is currently working as the SVP, Strategy Lead at Calcium+Company starting from 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at CSG Health Group from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Calcium+Company, Lene was the VP, Multi-function Operations at Cardinal Health from 2013 to 2018. Lene'sresponsibilities included overseeing a $16M oncology-focused healthcare analytics and marketing communications business unit, providing consulting services to pharmaceutical companies, and conducting advisory boards and speaker bureau programs.

From 2002 to 2013, Lene worked at Young & Rubicam as the EVP, Director of Strategic Services. Lene'srole involved strategic services for pharmaceutical clients, retaining and expanding business with current clients, identifying opportunities for new clients, and participating in new business pitches.

Lene also served as the COO/Consultant at inVentiv Health (formerly inChord Communications) from 2001 to 2002, where they were responsible for P&L management, new business development, client services, and staffing. Additionally, Lene consulted for Eli Lilly on thought leader development initiative and pre-launch planning.

Lene started their career at Pfizer in 1988 as the VP, South Central Business Unit. Lene managed a 9-state South Central region with a $1 billion portfolio of pharmaceutical brands, overseeing marketing, finance, HR, sales operations, analytics, sales training, and sales support for a field sales staff of 350.

Lene Godat obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and General Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1979 to 1983.
