The Center for African Leadership Development (CALD) is a consulting firm established in Ethiopia, by Ethiopians, who have served in various leadership development and capacity building initiatives in national and international organizations. Drawing from firsthand experience as well as from highly researched and recognized approaches, CALD currently delivers Leadership Development Programs, coaching services and tailor-made professional development training. In addition, CALD is engaged in consulting, research and publication works spanning broad range of leadership and management issues.
