John Oneill

John ONeill is a seasoned professional in strategy and client relations, currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Caldera since April 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as President of Digital + Analytics at Persuade from July 2019 to February 2025, where ONeill led initiatives to create impactful customer engagement solutions. At Nerdery, from October 2010 to May 2019, ONeill held several roles, including Executive Client Partner and Digital Strategy Director, managing complex client engagements and driving growth in various industries. Earlier experience includes an engineering position at Alliant Engineering, Inc. from August 2006 to September 2008. ONeill’s academic background includes studies at Montana State University-Bozeman and the University of Minnesota.
