Mark Horton Smith is currently working as the Q.A./Safety Manager at Caldera Engineering, where Mark Horton ensures ISO 9001 compliance, continuous improvement, key supplier management, a safe work environment, and OSHA compliance. Mark Horton also works as an Independent Design Consultant at HEM Creative and has previous experience in customer service at Nu Skin Enterprises. Mark holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Brigham Young University.
