Leanne McDonald

Leanne McDonald, Assoc CIPD, is the Head of People UK at Calderys and has over a decade of experience in human resources management. Previously, Leanne held HR management positions at WellBox and STADA Group, where they implemented new policies and supported employee retention initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as an Account Manager at Alistair Turnbull Marketing Ltd and as Reception Manager at The Beeches Training & Conference Centre. Leanne earned CIPD Certificates in Human Resource Practice from Tameside College and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Child Care & Education at North Area College.
