Mrinal Koley

Mrinal Koley is a dynamic Operations Management professional with 22 years of experience in the ceramic and refractory manufacturing industry, including 18 years in senior roles. Currently serving as Plant Head at Calderys, Mrinal has held significant positions at companies such as Saint-Gobain and IFGL Refractories, where they developed expertise in production management, operational excellence, and new product development. Educated with a B.Tech in Ceramics and currently pursuing a Global Supply Chain Management degree from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Mrinal is also trained in Six Sigma and Lean Management techniques.
