Andy's extensive experience began in the US Navy, where from March 1984 to April 2008, a long tenure included various roles such as security manager, information technology manager, and mobile construction for Naval Special Warfare commands across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, demonstrating leadership in multiple high-profile commands.
