Dave Pitfield

Dave Pitfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and client partnership. Currently serving as a Partner at Caldwell since August 2020, Dave previously held the position of Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from August 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, Dave was a Partner at Barton Executive Search for 17 years, and earlier in their career, Dave worked as a Business Unit Leader at Procter & Gamble from 1993 to 1999. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University, where education was completed between 1989 and 1993, and attended North Hunterdon High School from 1985 to 1989.
