Jay Millen

Jay Millen has extensive experience in executive recruitment and leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Partner for the Board and CEO Practice at Caldwell since November 2015 and as an Advisory Board Member at TFX Capital since April 2019. Previously, Jay held senior positions at DHR International, including Vice Chairman and Managing Director, and at Korn Ferry International as Senior Client Partner. Jay's career began with Accenture, where Jay was a Partner, and included roles at International Paper and PCA. Jay’s military background includes serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Xavier University.
