Jim Bethmann

Jim Bethmann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Caldwell since March 2009, Jim also holds positions as a Board Trustee for the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation and on the Strategic Advisory Board of Balboa Geolocation Inc. Additionally, Jim is the Advisory Board Director at HelloSky and has previously worked as Managing Director at Capellas Partners, providing leadership and organizational assessments to advisory clients. Educationally, Jim holds a BS in Technology Management/Business from the United States Naval Academy and has furthered studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
