Michael Decosta

Michael DeCosta has extensive experience in executive recruitment and professional services, currently serving as Managing Partner for the Professional Services Practice at The Caldwell Partners since January 2012. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International from September 2000 to December 2011 and served as a Senior Manager for Experienced Hire Recruiting at Deloitte & Touche from October 1998 to September 2000. Michael's earlier career includes positions such as Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International and Director of Marketing at Brewster Ambulance Service. Michael holds a Master of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in U.S. Labor History from Fairfield University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marist University, complemented by legal studies at UMass Law and a College Prep education at Boston College High School.
