Amanda Drummond is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in partnership marketing, CRM, and strategic project execution. Currently serving as the Partnership Marketing & CRM Lead at Caledonian Sleeper since September 2022, Amanda previously held various senior roles at ScottishPower from January 2015 to August 2022, including Senior Sales/Marketing Support Manager and Partnerships Development Manager, where key achievements involved leading onboarding processes and improving KPI reporting for better stakeholder governance.
