Jamie Sword

Jamie Sword has extensive experience in service delivery and guest relations, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Caledonian Sleeper since April 2015, after progressing from Guest Ambassador Team Leader and Guest Ambassador roles. Prior to this, Jamie worked at HighNet as a Marketing Assistant and at Lamprell as a Project Assistant. Jamie started the career at New Start Highland as an IT Support Officer. Educational qualifications include an MA (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen and an HND in Business Management from UHI.
