Ryan Parkin

Ryan Parkin has significant experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as Fleet Contract Manager and previously as Depot Contract Engineer at Caledonian Sleeper since June 2022. Ryan's career includes serving as Project Engineer and Graduate Engineer at SNC-Lavalin from September 2020 to September 2020 and August 2018 to June 2022, respectively, along with a tenure as Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation from August 2011 to July 2018. Ryan also gained experience as a Project Engineer intern at Bosch, focusing on hydraulic radial piston motors. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Computer-aided Mechanical Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, along with an HNC in 3D Product Design from City of Glasgow College.
