Max Rohr

Max Rohr has extensive work experience in the field of education, training, and marketing within the HVAC industry. Max began their career at Caleffi as an Assistant North American Liaison from May 2009 to April 2010. Max then worked at Able Distributors as the Marketing and Training Director from July 2010 to October 2011. Following that, they joined Shamrock Sales Inc. as an Outside Sales representative from November 2011 to March 2016. From April 2016 to October 2020, Max worked at REHAU, first as an Academy Manager and later as the Marketing and Academy Manager for Building Solutions. In October 2020, they joined Caleffi Hydronic Solutions as the Education and Training Manager. Max subsequently held positions as the Education and Industry Engagement Manager and is currently the Director of Education and Technical Marketing. Max also holds leadership roles in professional organizations, serving as the Chair of DEI for both ASHRAE Utah Chapter (since 2021) and ASHRAE Region IX (since 2023).

Max Rohr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah, completing their education between 2004 to 2008.
