CaleoBio focuses on patient-first technologies to overcome the persistent limitations of conventional preclinical models. Our proprietary Organ-Dish platform is a self-organizing, multicellular system that replicates patient-specific tissue architecture and disease phenotypes relevant to multiple therapeutic areas. It supports mechanistic studies, drug screening, toxicology, and preclinical validation with greater human relevance. By combining biological complexity with computational imaging, we’re building a scalable framework to understand disease progression and therapeutic response.
