Amanda Young has over 17 years of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of HRBP and Talent Strategy at Caleres, Inc. since February 2014. Prior roles at Caleres include Director of HR Business Partner and Talent Strategy, Sr. Manager of Human Resources Business Partnerships and Organizational Development, and Manager of Talent Management. Prior to Caleres, Amanda worked at Coach as a Store Manager from October 2007 to November 2013 and held a managerial position at Victoria's Secret from January 2006 to September 2007.
