Brian Campbell

Brian Campbell is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in consumer care support and member engagement. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Consumer Care Support at Caleres, Inc. since April 2021, Brian has previously held significant roles at Neighbors Credit Union, including Member Engagement Manager and Head of Contact Center, from June 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Brian worked for Concentrix from 2006 to 2018 as Director of Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Brian began a career in operations at AT&T as a Business Process Outsourcing Manager from January 2002 to August 2004. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Missouri.
