Bruce Thorn

Bruce Thorn is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director at Big Lots while also holding directorships at Caleres, Inc., the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, and Nationwide Children's Hospital. They previously held senior leadership roles at companies including Tailored Brands, PetSmart, and John Deere Landscape. A combat veteran of the US Army, Bruce's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, they contribute as a Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation.
