Isabel Chang

Isabel Chang is an experienced supply chain and product development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Management at Caleres, Inc. since June 2002, Isabel oversees capacity management for the corporation's 14 brand division and manages the supply chain for better image brands and the men’s platform. Previous roles at Caleres include Director of Order Management, Director of Product Development for Sam Edelman, and Director of Raw Material Operation. Isabel also held senior management and assistant management positions focusing on product development for brands such as Naturalizer and Via Spiga. Early career experience includes design roles at Lai Kong Footwear Company and Sunrise Footwear Company.
