Ixchel Aw has extensive experience in the footwear and fashion design industry, currently serving as the Director of Design & Development at Caleres, Inc. since April 2018, after progressing from roles as Senior Footwear Designer and Footwear Designer. Previously, Ixchel held the position of Footwear Designer at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP and worked as an Operation & Marketing Executive at Basecott. Ixchel's career began at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as an Assistant Shop Manager and Fashion Stylist. Additionally, Ixchel founded IX at Raffles Privato and completed a brief internship in lingerie design at Triumph International. Ixchel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Raffles College of Design and Commerce, an Advanced Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from Raffles Design Institute, and a certificate in Rhino 3D from The New School.
