Lauren Wright

Lauren Wright is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing and creative strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Creative at Caleres, Inc. since April 2018, Lauren oversees the development and execution of brand strategies for multiple shoe brands, including Lifestride, Ryka, and Bzees. Previously, Lauren held various senior director and management roles at Caleres and Panera Bread, where responsibilities included customer engagement marketing, campaign strategy, and the launch of loyalty programs. In addition to current leadership at Caleres, Lauren is the founder of Decode Your Brand since March 2021. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
