Michelle Reckelhoff, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Caleres, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting four Executive Leaders across various functions such as Finance, IT, and Consumer Care. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources at Weekends Only Furniture & Mattress, Michelle focused on identifying growth opportunities and setting strategic direction for the entire organization. Michelle's extensive career at Caleres, Inc. began in 2002 with multiple roles in Talent Management, eventually overseeing HR for corporate associates and Distribution Centers. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Fontbonne University, earned from 2004 to 2009.
