Russ Spear has over 25 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as District Manager for Caleres, Inc. since July 1996, overseeing multiple markets including Boston, Michigan, Indiana, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, Texas, and Ohio, with a strong focus on talent growth and evolution. Prior to this role, Russ held the position of Store Manager at Michaels Stores, Inc. from 1990 to 1996 and was an Assistant Manager at Bennigan's from 1986 to 1990. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Marketing from Tidewater Community College and a High School Diploma from Kempsville High School.
