Steve Mauricio

Steve Mauricio, SHRM-CP, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Director of HRIS Strategy and Change Management at Caleres, Inc. since August 2002. Steve has held multiple leadership positions within Caleres, including roles focused on HRIS, talent administration, and store support systems. Prior experience includes management positions at Prints Plus, Inc. and Things Remembered, as well as departmental management at Kmart. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with prior studies in Computer Engineering and German at the University of Rhode Island.
