John Oliva

John Oliva is an experienced professional in the field of application support and technical services. Currently serving as the Director of Application Support at Calero since August 2023, John previously held multiple roles at Datto from March 2016 to August 2023, including Service Manager and Technical Support Supervisor. Prior to Datto, John worked at Paychex from May 2010 to March 2016, where responsibilities included IT support and client training as an HROnline Advisor. John holds a Master's degree in Management from Nazareth University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Communications from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
