Stephen Brown is an accomplished Programme and Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across various sectors, including automotive and banking. Currently serving as Programme Manager at Calex UK since July 2020, Stephen oversees strategic projects in partnership with Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre and previously led the implementation of a Global Learning Management System for Jaguar Land Rover. Stephen has a rich background with roles at Jaguar Land Rover, iPSL, HSBC, and Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included managing complex regulatory change programmes and digital transformation projects. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and qualifications in Project Management from APMG-International and the International Project Management Association.

Calex specialise in the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning programmes, predominantly within the automotive retail industry, including management, technical, aftersales and apprentice training. More recently we have begun working with forward-thinking companies within the logistics, food & beverage, and pensions sectors to enhance their training proposition via the implementation of Virtual Learning Environments, Live Broadcasting and Social Learning Platforms. Established in 1997, we now employ over 350 staff and work with major clients across the UK and the globe. In the UK and Europe we are working with the Stellantis (ex-PSA, and ex-FCA), Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Bentley & Mercedes-Benz amongst others. Calex also has offices in Shanghai, China and in Michigan, USA where we are servicing many of the new electric car companies as well as projects on autonomous vehicles.
