Ann Seger

Ann Seger is a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where they focus on commercial financing transactions, representing banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in various lending transactions. They have experience with senior and subordinated debt facilities, syndicated loan transactions, asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and cross-border transactions. Ann previously held roles as an associate attorney at JONES DAY® and Mayer Brown, as well as a campus campaign manager and recruitment associate at Teach for America. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from The Ohio State University. Ann currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Urban Community School.
