Stephen Carpinello

Stephen Carpinello is an Associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP since July 2023, with licensing in New York and currently in the process of obtaining licensure in Ohio. Prior to this role, Stephen was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 2021 to July 2023, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other corporate matters. Stephen's experience also includes a legal internship in the Appeals Section at the Ohio Attorney General's Office and summer analyst positions at H/2 Capital Partners and The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, specializing in credit investments in commercial real estate and private wealth management, respectively. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from The Wharton School.
