Todd Behrens

Todd Behrens is a Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, where they counsel clients on various intellectual property matters. They are a registered patent attorney licensed in Ohio and with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, possessing extensive experience in patent procurement and strategic portfolio development across multiple technology fields. Todd has previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University, where they launched the Intellectual Property Entrepreneur Clinic, allowing law students to practice patent law under their guidance. Prior to their current role, Todd worked at several law firms, including Turocy & Watson, LLP, where they handled a wide range of patent-related matters. Todd holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BSE in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
