Chad Pan

Chad Pan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as the IT & Operations Manager at Calgary Economic Development since February 2022, Chad oversees IT operations, collaborates with IT MSP partners, and advocates for improved end-user experiences. Responsibilities include strategic planning for IT initiatives, analyzing technology spending, managing information security policies, transitioning to cloud infrastructure, and implementing automation solutions. Previous roles encompass system administration at vArmour and positions as Senior and Information Technology Specialist at Schenk Architectural Imports Limited, as well as IT Consultant at FCI IT Services Ltd. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and a certification in Full-stack web development from The University of Texas at Austin.
