Jon Marion

Jon Marion is a seasoned leader in Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Operations Management. They worked as the Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations at Empire Communities from 2016 to 2019, managing relationships with construction unions and leading health and safety initiatives. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior HR Manager for National Operations at SCM/Walmart Canada Logistics, where they oversaw multiple sites and drove employee satisfaction through innovative policies. Currently, Jon serves as a Senior Instructor and Course Director at Calian Group, delivering crucial training to Logistics Officers in the Canadian Armed Forces. Jon holds diplomas in Human Resources Management and Law and Security Administration.
