Russ Perry is an experienced aviation technician and instructor, currently serving as a Volunteer Instructor for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets since October 2016, where the focus is on empowering youth through leadership and teamwork development. With a robust background in aviation life support, Russ has held positions such as Aviation Life Support Equipment Instructor at Calian since February 2014 and was an Aviation Technician Instructor at the Department of National Defence from August 2008 to October 2012, specializing in ALSE courses. Previous roles also include leadership and technical positions within the Canadian Forces and extensive experience with the 4 Wing Ground Search and Rescue team. Russ holds a diploma in Network Administration from Everest College, graduating with Honours in 2013.
