Caliber is the ATS + CRM + AI sourcing engine, in one subscription, for recruitment agencies in New Zealand, Australia, UK and beyond.

We point AI at the work, not at the candidate. Caliber's AI reads CVs, drafts job adverts, searches our database of over 2.4 billion global candidate profiles, and clears the admin SHRM cites as the #1 recruiter burnout driver. AI can read 10,000 CVs, it still can't pick the right one. That's your job. This is ours.

The research is clear on why it has to work this way. 58% of mid-career tech professionals would walk from your AI resume screener if given the choice (Dice, The AI Trust Gap, August 2025). 74% of jobseekers don't trust AI to evaluate them fairly (Gartner, July 2025). LLMs tested as resume rankers favoured white-associated names 85% of the time vs Black-associated names 8.6%, across 3 million resume comparisons (University of Washington / AAAI, October 2024). Workday is now defending a class action covering 1.1 billion rejected applications (Mobley v. Workday, May 2025). The era of liability-free AI screening is closing.

What's in the Caliber subscription: a full ATS + CRM that replaces what you have now; Scout, our AI sourcing engine across 2.4 billion public profiles; AI-drafted job adverts, candidate summaries, and CV parsing; a free fully-managed migration from Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo, Crelate, TeamTailor, Workable, Manatal or Recruit CRM; and a 24-Month Contract Buyout that absorbs the overlap if you're locked in elsewhere.

Love it in 90 days, or every dollar back.

Independent. No outside investors. Built in Aotearoa, serving NZ, AU, UK and beyond. 5 native rākau planted per user per year via Trees That Count.

Honest by design.
