Caliber is an organizational development consulting firm, with offices in Nanaimo and Toronto, focused on helping entrepreneurs, families, and executive teams to transition and transform their businesses. Our areas of specialization include organizational design, strategy facilitation, leadership and team development, rewards, behavioural coaching, culture development, succession, and governance.

We offer unique, pragmatic solutions that help entrepreneurial and family-owned organizations to achieve their full potential, implementing disciplines that drive results and shifting behaviour to maximize performance. We design infrastructure to facilitate growth and transition, working with clients every step of the way to ensure improvements are embedded in organizational practices. As experts in behavioral change, we help leaders to navigate the organizational and team dynamics that lead to dysfunction, power struggles, chaos and entitlement to ensure organizations achieve their potential.
