Doug Keeports

Doug Keeports is a seasoned business leader and Principal at K&A, bringing over 40 years of experience in product innovation and manufacturing across various sectors including HVAC and healthcare. They have held roles such as CEO at Bacharach and Vice President of Engineering at Watts Water Technologies, and currently serve as a board member for several organizations, including Heath Consultants Incorporated and CTI - Gas Detection Specialists. Doug has contributed to the field through participation in regulatory standards committees, publication of articles on management and innovation, and holds six patents. Additionally, Doug completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design from Penn State and pursued graduate-level business courses at Saint Joseph’s University.
