Russell Burrows has extensive experience in civil engineering and land development, spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer and Project QA/QC Engineer at Calibre Engineering, Inc. since January 2016, Russell specializes in civil land development for both private sector projects and federal government initiatives throughout the United States. Prior to this role, Russell spent over seven years as a Senior Project Manager at Carroll & Lange-Manhard and began their career in 1973 at Mark II Engineering and Land Surveying. Russell's professional journey includes various positions, such as Project Engineer and Project Manager across multiple firms, including Carroll and Lange, Inc., Melody Homes, and Mile Hi Engineering, Inc. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University, earned between 1966 and 1971.
