Scott Shipley, OLY, is the Founder and President of S2O Design and Engineering, specializing in hydraulic design and whitewater consulting. With a distinguished background as a three-time Olympian and national team member, they competed in the Barcelona, Atlanta, and Sydney Olympic Games, earning multiple world titles and national championships.
