Anna Naylor

Anna is a Senior Associate based in the London office and provides research support to the Partners at Calibre One.

She has a wealth of search experience across a range of sectors including deep tech, consumer digital, medtech, and life sciences and has worked at companies at all stages from early-stage VC-backed businesses to listed global enterprises.

Before Calibre One she worked with several other highly regarded boutique search firms. She has an HND in Equine and Estate studies from Northampton University.
