Ryan O'Riley

Ryan O'Riley has worked as a System Engineer III at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. since October 2017. In this role, they have been responsible for virtualization engineering, backup administration, network administration, Microsoft administration, and PowerShell scripting. Ryan has extensive knowledge in VM Ware/VCenter, Hyper-V, Cohesity, Cisco Products, F5s, Palo Alto Firewalls, NSX-T, AVI LB, Microsoft Server Systems, AD, SQL, Exchange, ADFS, and MIM.

Prior to that, Ryan worked at RG from March 2008 to October 2017. Initially, they served as a Senior System Engineer, where they handled various responsibilities such as SharePoint administration, Salesforce administration, virtualization engineering, backup administration, network administration, Microsoft administration, and PowerShell scripting. Later, they were promoted to the role of IT Manager in January 2015. Throughout their tenure at RG, Ryan acquired experience in Hyper-V, VCenter, Symantec Backup Exec, Dell Equalogic snapshots, and Dell Switches.

Ryan O'Riley obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-Springfield, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Jazz Certified Associate from Jazz Networks in May 2019, VSP and VTSP from VMware in May 2019, and ACE from Palo Alto Networks in April 2019.
