Anthony Kang

Anthony Kang is currently a Director of Machine Learning at Calico Life Sciences, where they oversee the development of AI platform architecture and algorithms, driving innovations in artificial intelligence and drug discovery. Previously, they held the positions of Senior Machine Learning Scientist and Machine Learning Scientist at the same company, where they applied machine learning techniques to biomedical research and developed advanced algorithms for target identification. Before that, Anthony worked at Philips as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, optimizing prediction models and enhancing machine learning workflows, as well as contributing to the early architectural design of TensorFlow. Anthony is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Washington.
