Celeste Sandoval

Celeste Sandoval is a highly experienced Senior Scientist at Calico Life Sciences, where responsibilities include leading the development of advanced metabolomics and lipidomics mass spectrometry for aging research and early-stage drug discovery since July 2019. Prior to this role, Celeste held various positions at Demetrix, contributing to the establishment of an analytics lab as part of a two-person team, and at Amyris, developing high-throughput mass spectrometry methods for metabolomics. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Environmental Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, where also an undergraduate researcher focused on chemical ecology. Additionally, experience includes facilitating general chemistry workshops at College of the Canyons.
