Edward Folk

Edward Folk is a highly skilled analytical scientist with extensive experience in the life sciences and pharmaceuticals, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Calico Life Sciences since October 2022. Previously, Edward held positions as a Senior Associate Analytical Scientist at Demetrix and an Analytical Scientist at Apeel, excelling in the development and implementation of analytical methods, particularly in chromatography and mass spectrometry. Edward has contributed to major research initiatives at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Anheuser-Busch, and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, showcasing a strong background in laboratory support, research methodology validation, and teaching. Edward earned a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biological Chemistry from Beloit College.
