Nathan Guz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process research and development. They began their career as an Assistant Research Chemist at Monsanto from 1996 to 1997. Nathan later served as a Principal Scientist at Exelixis from 2003 to 2014, followed by a role as Senior Director of Chemical Development at Global Blood Therapeutics from 2014 to 2017. They then held the position of Vice President, Technical and Site Operations at UNITY Biotechnology until 2024 and briefly served as Vice President, CMC at Atomwise in 2024. Currently, Nathan is the Head of CMC at Calico Life Sciences.
