Moritz Rogger has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality sector, having successfully owned and operated a hotel restaurant. They served as the manager of a bistro bar for three years and later transitioned to project management in the catering and event industry. Currently, Moritz is the Director of Gastronomy at CALIDA AG and the President of the G’ART Foundation, as well as the Chair of the construction committee for a new training center in the gastronomy sector. Additionally, Moritz has actively participated in various regional and national associations for the past 15 years. They are pursuing further education at the HSLU Hochschule Luzern with a concentration in business management.
