The U.S. Department of Defense awarded approximately $27 million for a USC-led Microelectronics Commons project. The university is leading a coalition of research and industry organizations with the power to accelerate the development and manufacturing of microelectronics in the United States. 

California DREAMS has been launched to accelerate the development, prototyping and adoption of advanced RF and supporting technologies for the Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and 6G/5G applications.

With 16 partners, over 50 affiliates, and over 200 of the nation’s top RF researchers and innovators, California DREAMS provides full scope of rapid prototyping of advanced RF systems for DOD and commercial use.
