Umut İşcan graduated from Galatasaray University with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2004. They began their career in December 2005 at Fortis Turkey, working as an analyst/developer before transitioning to Tekstilbank as a business analyst in 2008. In 2009, they shifted focus to business intelligence, joining SoftTech as a Senior Data Warehouse Designer and later contributing to various projects at Vodafone Turkey and Yapı Kredi. In 2015, Umut founded CALIGO Teknoloji AŞ, where they currently serve as Partner and Client Engagement Leader.
