Simon Austin

Simon Austin is a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with a diverse background in IT support and systems management. They began their career at GAM as an Executive Support Analyst and have since held various roles, including Enterprise Architect at EY and Technical Architect at Engage ESM. Simon effectively led architecture and project management initiatives for multinational corporations while driving significant improvements in IT processes.
